How to Import Your Blog Posts to Medium.com — Mario Leitao
This is a great way to republish your blog posts and content on Medium without it affecting your SEO or search engine rankings.
Now, before I get into this, let me make this clear — I don’t work for Medium and I’m not promoting Medium in any way…
In fact I have taken a disliking to reading content on it and I have even written a post about this that I published on Medium itself.

But, it is still a great site to publish and distribute content — it has the potential of quickly getting your content in front of a bunch of people.
Another great thing about it is that it will mean having some backlinks to your own blog and your own website which can help with search engine results and search engine ranking.
Now that I’ve gotten that out of the way… let’s move on to how to import your story.

Click on “Import a story”
Step 3
Insert the link to your blog post or article in the block and click on “Import”.
It’s as easy as that!
I tried to do one earlier today — I imported a story that I originally published on here and imported it to Medium. It was really easy.
Something else that I really liked about the process is that you can view your imported content and make edits (If needed) before officially publishing it.
This idea of importing your content on Medium is something I came across yesterday and I decided to give it a try today.
Thanks to how easy this is, I can see my self creating more and more content on here and importing it there.
